SUNBIRD® 5W/10W QUICK CONNECT POULTRY LIGHT
The all-new SUNBIRD® 5W/10W Quick Connect light offers a 100 000 plus hours lifespan.
LEDs are encased in an advanced composite resin ensuring a perfect IP69K rating and protection against highly corrosive environments.
Light output is an industry leading 160 lumen per watt generated from the Osram Duris chipset.
SUNBIRD® 10W STANDARD POULTRY LIGHT
The standard SUNBIRD® 10w lights uses the same PC board as it’s Quick Connect brother and is still the choice of many farmers who prefer using conduit.
The light attaches directly to a standard round junction box (European Spec), or we have the option to include attachment holes for American octagonal junction boxes.
The Aluminium PC Board is cast in resin to ensure an IP69K ingress rating and the casing receives a chromate conversion to ensure protection in highly corrosive environments.
SUNBIRD® 3W QUICK CONNECT POULTRY LIGHT
The SUNBIRD® 3W Aviary light has been designed as a robust and highly effective alternative to strip, rope, or tube lighting for Aviary systems.
With an impact resistant aluminium and polycarbonate casing, a staggering 205 Lumen per watt chipset, a 5-year guarantee, a 100 000 hour plus lifespan and an IP69K rating, there is simply no better alternative on the market.
As with all our lights, the Aviary light is fully dimmable from 0-100% on the SUNBIRD® dimmer.
SUNBIRD® ENCLOSURES
SUNBIRD® enclosures are designed for long lasting durability in poultry and swine house environments. Aluminium parts are anodized, and steel parts are galvanized, or electro plated before being powder coated. These enclosures house our external LED drivers along with the SUNBIRD® dimming system and are suitable for interior or exterior installation.
Universal Enclosure
Dynamite comes in small packages. The Universal Enclosure houses up to 3 x 240W Drivers. Each driver can power either 22 x 10W Lights or 84 x 3W Lights. Enclosures are easily linked using a Cat5 patch cable. This allows an enclosure with a dimmer to control an unlimited number of “slave” enclosures.
Modular Enclosure
The SUNBIRD® Modular Enclosure holds up to 6 drivers which can power up to 132 x 10w or 504 x 3W lights. Drivers are simply added or removed using lever terminals.
The Modular Enclosure includes an alarm output, over temperature and over voltage protection, self-diagnostic LED indicators and an indicator LED that ramps with the
lights so that the operator can see that the dimmer is working correctly even if he is not in the house.
SUNBIRD® DIMMING
The SUNBIRD® range of dimmers offer true and linear 0-100% dimming in 3 modes. The Manual, Dusk to Dawn or 0-10V mode and the selected dimming percentage is displayed on the Oled screen of the Digital Dimmer or by switching the toggles and adjusting the rotary know on the 3-in-1 Dimmer. A single dimmer controls an unlimited number of SUNBIRD® lights using Repeater units as slaves.
